TAI CHI - YOGA - PILATES - EXERCISE

Combining these three modes of exercise makes for a gentle, well-rounded class focused on balance, flexibility, and strength.  All fitness levels are welcome.  No pre-registration required.

Bring a mat if you have one.  Limited number of mats provided.
